On November 21, 2005 at 9:00 AM, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors will issue a proclamation declaring December 1, 2005 “AIDS Awareness Day” in Fairfax County to coincide with World AIDS Day.

The Fairfax County Health Department would like to invite Fairfax County residents who are living with HIV and AIDS, care providers, family and friends to attend this ceremony. It is important for the Board of Supervisors to see the size and diversity of HIV in Fairfax County.

The Government Center is located at 12000 Government Center Parkway in Fairfax. If you need transportation, it may be possible to have it arranged.
