It is May 31st, and the Virginia Budget Conferees are making decisions about items in the state’s budget of interest to you — other than transportation.

Today, the Senate is proposing another form of the 2006-2008 biennial budget, and it INCLUDES the same recommendation approved by the Senate in February — $300,000 in each year of the budget to “Establish State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program (SPAP) for HIV recipients”.
The HOUSE did NOT make the same recommendation in February — [...]
