Secretary’s Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS06-650 CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a new funding opportunity entitled, “Evaluating Integration of HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data with a Geographic Information System (GIS).” $250,000 will be available in FY2006 to fund three awards to directly funded United States health departments to demonstrate and evaluate methods for spatially linking existing HIV/AIDS surveillance data with other datasets to enhance epidemiologic, analytic, and technological capacity at the local, state, and national levels.
