Formative Internet-Based Intervention Research to Improve Health and Reduce HIV Transmission Among HIV Positive Persons
CDC’s Procurement and Grants Office has published a new funding opportunity entitled, “Formative Internet-Based Intervention Research to Improve Health and Reduce HIV Transmission Among HIV Positive Persons.” Approximately, $300,000 will be available in FY2006 to fund one award to conduct formative research, develop, and pilot test an interactive Internet-based HIV prevention intervention for HIV-positive persons. All interventions must include promotion of abstinence, faithful monogamy and correct, consistent condom use (ABC).
