The March-released HUD SuperNOFA announced approximately $37 million dollars available for program assistance through competitive HOPWA grants. In the face of lower application numbers than expected, the program has a balance of $18 million dollars that will become available for organizations through a second competition with a submission deadline of October 6, 2005.
