People Living with AIDS, Northern Virginia AIDS Ministry, Virginia Organizations Responding to AIDS, Whitman Walker Clinic of Northern Virginia, and the Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax Health Departments are sponsoring a World AIDS Day Service on December 1st.

The event is at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Queen of Peace Church located in Arlington at 2700 S. 19th Street. The AIDS Quilt from the Names Project will be displayed and the Macedonia Baptist Church YCC Choir will perform. Delegate Adam Ebbin and County Board Chair Jay Fisette are among the honored speakers and a reception will follow.
